  • Lead the end-to-end development and management of technical products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features based on customer value and business goals.

Title: Sr. Business Analyst Job Type: Full-Time Job, 40 Hours per Week  Pay/Salary: $125,611.00 / Year. Number of Openings: 3   LOCATION: CloudInfo Inc 1000 N. West Street, Suite 1263 Wilmington, DE 19801   JOB DUTIES:
  • Gather business and data specifications, design activities for new solutions, execute As-Is and To-Be system analyses, and generate technical documentation for automating various Health care and other IT Systems.
  • Work in collaboration with customers, stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and solution architects. Use BPM tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq and FIGMA to create data/activity.
  • Processes/diagrams to identify and specify the data/activity flow. Collaboratively work with the PMO team, business analysts, developers, leads and customer SMEs.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

CloudInfo Inc’s Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to CloudInfo Inc’s employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at CloudInfo Inc.

Eligibility:

Current employees of CloudInfo Inc are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

Incentives Offered:

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 180 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $1,000. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

Referral Procedure:

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements, the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate’s name.
