Lead the end-to-end development and management of technical products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features based on customer value and business goals.
Ensure that technical designs align with Agile principles, promoting iterative development, and responsiveness to changing requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment on project goals and priorities.
Lead cross-functional teams by providing guidance, support, and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Work under supervision.
Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or Engineer or related field. EXPERIENCE: Experience of Twelve (12) months of working with Business Analysis or Computer System Analysis is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

CloudInfo Inc’s Employee Referral Program is a recruiting tool designed to CloudInfo Inc’s employees to refer qualified candidates to fill open positions at CloudInfo Inc.

Eligibility:

Current employees of CloudInfo Inc are eligible to make referrals through this program. In case of multiple referrals, the first employee to submit the referral will be recognized as the referring employee. The candidate who is referred to the open job position should not be a current employee of the company.

Incentives Offered:

If the new employee, who was hired through employee referral program, stays with the company for at least 180 days or more, then the referring employee receives a special bonus in the amount of $1,000. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or the number of referral bonuses an employee may receive.

Referral Procedure:

Candidates can be referred to any open position by contacting the HR directly. If the candidate referred by the employee is offered and accepts the position, HR will contact the employee who made the referral directly. Upon meeting the requirements, the candidate must apply with the HR Department for the referral fees by providing the candidate’s name.
