JOB DUTIES:

• Gather business and data specifications, design activities for new solutions, execute As-Is and To-Be system analyses, and generate technical documentation for automating various Health care and other IT Systems.
• Work in collaboration with customers, stakeholders, developers, data engineers, and solution architects. Use BPM tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq and FIGMA to create data/activity.
• Processes/diagrams to identify and specify the data/activity flow. Collaboratively work with the PMO team, business analysts, developers, leads and customer SMEs.
• Interact with clients for requirements gathering, analyzing requirements, and creating detailed specifications.
• Analyze “AS IS” and “TO BE” scenarios, design new process flows and document the business process and various business scenarios.
• Analyze Data quality, validation, and reconciliation. Providing automated reconciliation of primary and secondary market data vendors
• Built-in user-configurable quality framework filters and grades market data.
• Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / IS / Engineering (Any) / Healthcare management or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst or Healthcare Analyst or related field.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience of Twelve (12) months working as a Business Analyst or Healthcare Analyst or related field is required. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
