JOB DUTIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end development and management of technical products, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and prioritize features based on customer value and business goals. 
  • Ensure that technical designs align with Agile principles, promoting iterative development, and responsiveness to changing requirements. 
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams by providing guidance, support, and mentorship, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. 
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. 
  • Work under supervision.
  • Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.

 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering (Any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or Engineer or related field.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Experience of Twelve (12) months of working with Business Analysis or Computer System Analysis is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel
